By creating an account or using Bluefin Health (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Bluefin Health is a marketplace that helps patients find and book physical therapy services and helps physical therapists manage appointments and care. Bluefin Health facilitates these connections; the physical therapist is responsible for the clinical care they provide.

Not medical advice

The Service does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Profile screen.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees for services are shown before you book. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our policies and the provider’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for the clinical care provided by physical therapists on the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
